Formula :
Total Cost Formula will base on Team size OR Office size
If user fill in Office Size :
Total Cost Formula = Office Size x Price per SF
Eg : 1,000 sf x USD 100 = Total USD 100,000
Price per sf :
Price taken based on Renovation Grade (Basic, Medium, Deluxe , Luxury )
If user fill in Team Size :
Total Cost Formula = [Number of Pax X Workstation Size] x Price per SF
Eg : 80 workers x 100sf x USD100 = Total USD 800,000
