Build A Customer Loyalty Website For Retail Stores and Customers.

What I am looking for is a website based system. I will host the website and database so I can give ftp details and database details. The site must look clean, sharp and modern line [login to view URL] (if you sign up you will see how it looks. It's free). Must have admin accounts so admins can set up there own store details. When admin log in this will be a dashboard where you can... Create customers by adding there name, address, email, favourite purchases (free text), Starting points/credits, auto generate a customer number for them. Track customer data like how much they spend and dates they visit (auto updated) Create customisable loyalty rewards like... Amount spent = points and if the buy 5 x product = get one free (be able to upload our own png file as visual stickers or stamps). these must be able to be configured by admin. also if they buy a specific produce then they get X points extra. Search customers using name or customer number and be able to update rewards by imputing amount spent in store to give points to there account. And tick/highlight a image to indicate how many purchased and then tick FREE reward to reset offer(the amount of free products must also be recorded). Redeem points to use for purchase in store. Admin to be able to send marketing emails to customers with offers and new loyalty programs. Admin must be able to export user/customer reports to cvs files. Customers... To be able to create a customer account online and this linked to the store using a unique store reference/code. Once logged in be able to view there rewards and credits. Be able to create a customer account using log in with Facebook. Must be responsive to view on smart phones I will upload images to give an idea of the style and feel I am looking for. It must be able to allow multiple stores to register and master admin(me) to manage all accounts and approve new admins/stores. it must be secure. It is basically a customer CRM where shops set reward points and loyalty and email them offers.
