We are looking for a developer who can build out a full user and transaction backend on Hyperledger fabric with a full set of APIs that our front-end developers can plug in to. We have a primary transaction layer built using a custom Stellar token and that transaction record (with all requisite data attached to each Tx record) needs to be logged into our hyperledger layer as well. We will also be housing user PII on this layer so it needs to be fully secured. We would like this deployed either in AWS or Google, whichever is more cost effective.

There are a few elements for each user account as well whIch will be discussed further. I've attached supporting documents in this job description.
