Build product availability locator so retail customers to find specific items we sell in their local liquor stores

Please quote this project for: 1) Initial project to develop a searchable map of our inventory and store locations, and to provide client training. Please quote a 1-time flat fee for this part. 2) Weekly inventory updates. We will need a process and plan to update upload a new inventory each week. The data will be in the format exactly as shown in List #1, since this is what we can download (from the State of Ohio) weekly. The weekly update can be done by you, or you can train us (the client) to do the inventory updates ourselves. If you are going to do the weekly updates, please quote a monthly retainer fee for you to provide that service. 3) Provide your hourly rate for occasional repairs and modifications to the database and maps. This project is to create a searchable database so retail consumers can find our retail products that are available in a store geographically close to them. The program should provide the customer a map so they can easily see stores near them and the inventory in those stores. The user should be able to select which retail product (of the 10+) they want and have stores with that product available displayed on the map, and other stores hidden (hide the stores with no inventory). I have attached two lists of data. List #1 has our product inventory (Store ID#, quantities, and item#), and it changes weekly. This list does not have store addresses. List #2 has the store addresses (and store ID#). This list will rarely change (maybe once or twice each year). And, those changes could be entered manually instead of uploading a list if necessary. Again, the weekly inventory can be updated by you (quote a monthly retainer if you are proposing this service), or you can train us to import the updated list each week.
