Need to develop a time and production tracking tool or you could say a project management tool
- When user enters org code and username, the tool should route to a personalized password (credential entry) page for that specific organization - (multiple org/groups to use this tool)
- should have different access levels with each level to be able to view specific details and perform task based on the access level associated to that profile within that org code.
- Some of the basic access levels to be created would include owner level (controls all access, ability to create org's and users associated to that org and assign access level, and have all other abilities that any other access level would have.), manager level (this would be like the admin level access within a org and this user will be created by the owner. Manager should have the ability to add more users for that org, assign access levels, reset passwords, create projects, create monthly work buckets for a project, assign team lead, assign a due date for the work bucket created, should have the ability to check time productivity at a project level, analyst level etc for a give date or date range or for a specific work bucket, should be able to export this data in pdf and excel format, ability to email productivity snapshot form the app itself etc), Team lead level (to be created by Manager and assigned to specific projects and will have the ability to assign work bucket to each analyst assigned to a project led by him, review daily analyst time and production, approve it or reject it (auto email sent to specific analyst), check productivity for the project as a whole or for individual analyst for a specific date or date ranges, export reports etc.), analyst level - (to be created by manager, is required to log in time in and time out on daily basis, add projects worked on during the day with hours specific to that project as the analyst might work on multiple projects on a day, add down time with remarks, report production for each project worked on with real time update to the individual and project bucket as soon as the TL approves it, ability to submit time sheet for that day and on which the TL will receive an email for pending approval. Would like to eventually automate time and time out may be based on windows login and active time or finger print but for now manual process.
Manager and TL should be able to pull informative reports based on the information available. Should be secure.
