Build a single page UI Simple Dashboard

This is a single page html template that needs to be created. There will only be one element of coding which will utilize jQueryUI.
The project is a simple one page "dashboard" that will be displayed on a TV that is in my daughters room. The page will be updated through an application I wrote that shows their current behavior rating for the day based on how they have been acting etc.
This page will also show them a list of their chores for the week that need completing.
The page will have no physical interaction as all the data will be loaded in from a database, I just need a clean, kid friendly design.
The top of the dashboard will contain the Date, Day of Week and Time to help them with some other useful information.
Attached is a screen shot of something i quickly threw together as a proof of concept that has now eveolved into some additional ideas.
The attached PDF is a wireframe type mockup of what I am looking for on the page it self.
Important things to keep in mind are that I don't want this page to be too big that it requires scrolling. The data needs to be easy to read and placed well.
The audience for this are kids around 5 years of age so getting the basic point across is key.
The only coding part I mentioned is for the behavior panels. Those will need to flip around automatically and show the backside of the panel which will contain additional information about the child's behavior. Think of it like you are flipping over a business card from right to left.
Please note in the PDF image that the panel is front and back, not separate as shown.
This must be done in bootstrap 3. This should be a quick win for those have have the skills. Simple one pager where you are mostly just creating a UI, nothing more.
I also ask that each of these be coded as "" so that are easy to read and understand where things start and stop.
There will be two children this will be used for. That means there should be two panels in the left column that automatically flip over to the back side every 10 seconds as well as the 2 columns in the chore table (child 1 and child 2).
