1. we need a software based system where we can have the access of sending and receiving the mails. *with various email id / custom domains (exy@[login to view URL]), *
and if in case the reply of mail comes or someone send the mail to any particular mail address the mail should come on the respected mail address and
on a particular set mail too (khayrh@[login to view URL])-(we want the access of changing this mail too.)
2. the mail we receive should be very quick as the whole system should work in seconds. as i have already told you that that all the mails we get on the respected mail addresses should also revert to a particular set mail address too. (changeable mail).
3. domain and hosting will be ours. as we are looking for best hosting (for that sake we are going for cloud hosting).
4. we want the access to select various names and custom mail(asif@[login to view URL] , menu@[login to view URL]) addreses (asif@[login to view URL] , hotel@[login to view URL])
5. and the most impotant part we want to see all these mails in outlook app/ gmail app or any particular mailing app.
6. We want a bulk email sending system in that.
7. we want a field where we can put all the email address to send the content of the mail.
so, basically its a marketing software based work
