I'm looking to get a web-based ticketing /tracking solution made tailored custom to my needs. I want the system to be able to add anywhere between 5-50 users who can be a part of different "groups" and can submit, approve, close-out, and edit tickets input. I need admin section that can initially set up the teams and hierarchical structure of the project as well. This needs to support images being added as well for when we flag issues and provide photos of the issues. I need due dates, completed dates, and maintain logs of all tickets throughout a project.
