We have a legal office in the Netherlands and a lot of times we would like our clients to sign a pdf (for example power of attorney), not with a wet signature but digitally. So a client upload a pdf to sign to our site, our site gives a QR-code, with the Dutch and free IRMA-app on the phone of the client, the client scans the the QR code, confirm that he will reveal some personal data to us by clicking OK on his phone, sends to us his name, birth date etc, of the client (as a type a signing), and his data is somehow attached to the pdf.
There is an open source environment, called IRMA, with a app on Android and iPhone, and developer stuff (see [login to view URL]) for e-signing, and they say it is easy to install but for me it is rocket science.
We give you € 300 if you can build the page with eID/IRMA etc (client reveal only email address) and € 200 extra if client reveals also his last name and birth date.
