I am not sure, how many proposals you have already received, may be many freelancers have already submitted many urls to prove their experience in relevant filed,but I am not going to make the same as for now I am not getting your finding procedure I mean how you decided to judge experience peoples. In this regard I am suggesting you to assign me a small task in related to Drupal Commerce, I will not serve you only a piece of code only, I will try to serve my experience in a plate :) -As this project is for an online shop,the main essence will be it's product section. Kindly share the product details I mean how many category, Sub Categories of products be there? -Although I am not sure about that will it be a service providing shop or will it purchase products only or perform both? Please clear this point. -By on line scheduling, did you mean on line reservation for services? Please let me know. -Also I need to discuss about payment procedure and payment processor details also. As soon as, I will get the details about your requirement, I can start the layout design by sharing screen as well. After get approval from you, I will go through for any suitable module integration with this website & other development work. I am not in hurry at all. Please take your time and provide me all functional details about this system. I will go through the detail requirement & accordingly provide you technical architecture of this project, suitable modules can be integrated with etc.
