Build a Website

General: 1. The goal is to build a product price comparison website which include beside product details and links to several e-commerce (where user can purchase the product) a specialists appraisal per product. 2. In order to compare the products – the system will update once a day the products price and link (based on crawler – which based on table with list of product and their ecommerce product links/SKU). 3. The specialist getting paid per appraisal – so via the back-end the admin can manage those users, to see how many appraisals published and how much they should get paid. 4. The Payment to specialist will be via the system (Paypal or bank transfer) and record history. 5. An advertise section which enable to promote X e-commerce offers per product (Product pages) in 2 modes: 5.1 Bidding: The promotion based on Click price bidding – daily/monthly budget and the system display the X highest available offers (payments in advanced). 5.2 Regular: Promotion based on Click/Time (request for payments in the end of the month per activity) 5.3 The system can work in 1 mode: Bidding OR Regular (and the Regular only in one mode (Clicks OR Time). 5.4 Payments from advertisers, the system will generate request based on activity or just record manual external transactions. 6. E-commerce profile and statistics (views/clicks). 7. The website will have 1 language – Hebrew RTL. 8. The website will base on Wordpress platform and use ready solutions where possible. 9. Website will be under SSL 10. Load time score should be A 11. Website use [login to view URL] and structured data method – products will set as product microdata. 12. The website should be responsive (front-end) – design for desktop and mobile attached.
