First, I will need some kind of admin control to update the data. Secondly, I would like the website to automatically update daily to reflect he real-life change in data. Finally, a clean and minimal aesthetic is essential. I would like a website that can represent a hypothetical allocation of money into shares. Specifically, I would like to be able to input the original price and quantity (simulating a purchase price) of a publicly traded share and have the website graphically show, with a pie or donut graph, what proportion of the total amount of money is investing in each company - this would be the homepage. Secondly, I would like each company, current and past, to have its own page where I can write a brief spiel about why it was chosen and then removed. Finally, I would like a basic contact form, where individuals can enter their name, email and question to be submitted to me. Technically I have limited knowledge about website creation but I believe I would need an admin panel or spreadsheet where I would input the purchase price and quantity. If possible, I would like the website to update daily to readjust the donut graph which shows how the fictitious money is allocated. I hope this will be possible as each of these companies will be publicly listed and the data is readily available.
