Changes to Woocommece / WCFM marketplace

We already have started setting up a marketplace with woocommerce and WCFM.
We are looking for a developer to do the following work for us.
1: Add a booking / delivery system, where the store / agent can set the times that deliveries are available so that the customer can choose the best time for them. The Store / Agent should be able to add from 1 to multiple delivery slots to any time slot that they list.
2: The store / agent will also need to be able to add a price for the delivery time slot for each time listed.
3: We want each store to be found by the customers location and also entering a postcode / area, so that only stores near to them show up - along with the type of store the customer is searching for. For example if the customer is looking for grocery shops, only grocery shops will show up in the search of if they are looking for pet shops etc...
We will not contract with anyone who does not have a good command of English and we will only work in milestones. However, we will not release any milestone until the work is completed in full.
