Collect ebay's Japanese buyer data everyday

I want PHP program to collect ebay's Japanese buyer data everyday.

and store it to datebase to make it possible to download the data specifying term,price range,etc..

Program can take the data from [url removed, login to view]

I'll tell you how to take it.

Here is what I want PHP program to do.

[url removed, login to view] automatically starts to

collect the data from [url removed, login to view] Everyday at specified time

2,It automatically store the data to databese everyday

3.I can download the data specifying term,price range,etc..

[url removed, login to view] has to be Excel file

[url removed, login to view] has to have picture,product title(with link to each listings page),won price,

amount of bid,type of auction(auction or buy it now),ended date,

I want every data put on excel file.

I attached example excel file,please take a look at it.

Date should be collected like that.
