Create front-end photo management tool for Joomla website

To build the photo upload and management tool for Joomla. The tool will be coded as a Joomla extension. Registered users of the site can use the tool. The tool will have the following functions: a. Upload b. Search c. Download d. Display as gallery with sort options. The main features will be: a. Batch upload of photos from the front end form. b. Upload parameters such as - min/max file size requirements, allowable file formats etc, will be checked by the tool. c. User chooses the category, enter the tags and upload. d. Once uploaded, system will timestamp the photos, apply the tags and apply the category. The details will be saved in database. e. Uploaded photos can be viewed as a gallery. f. Search option will be provided - search by keywords. g. Display of photos can be sorted by Tag, by category. h. Selected photos can be batch downloaded. Clarification: a. After upload the front end user manages the photos. Is there any backend functionality for the admin to be provided? Please clarify.
