Create an improvement in the Newsletter system

I have a Newsletter system working in PHP with Mysql
I want to implement some simple adjustments:
- Change the sending of e-mail and communication confirmation using Sendgrid's api;
- Create an administrative area where I can see the subscribers;
- In the administrative area, create a place where I can send a Newsletter to subscribers (create a routine where I can select who to send the newsletter to and an option to send it to all users), allowing the user who received the email to unsubscribe the list email.
- In the registration form add a security item: recaptcha or similar.
