Create a Newspaper Style Column (Snaking Columns) on output of a PHP based PDF -- 4

*** NEW UPDATE .. I added attachment of page you will be working on. A freelancer attempted to do this earlier but failed because his English was so poor. But I have faith that someone can take at this code and be able to correct the mistakes he has done. He does not understand the order I need. He mixed fish and coral and inverts all together. If you see the order in the links below, its pretty fricken easy to follow, if you just have a brain. lol

I have a button that when clicked creates a printable version of our online order form. I'd like to make a change to how it displays the product rows....

The way they would like to have it, looks like Page 7 on this form (made from their Word doc) [url removed, login to view]

I have found lots of links on Google that suggest this is no issue either via php or css.

Please help me make this change to my form ASAP. Thank you.
