Create a sales commission program where I can input an ID and price

I am looking for an easy to use program (will even consider a premade program or script) that allows me to assign a property ID and sales price to a salesperson and then calculate the commission and residuals for that salesperson.

The basic flow I envision is this.

I enter the salespersons name, percentage they are paid and territory they cover.

Each time a sale comes in for that person I will enter in the date of the of the sale and the price of the sale. The program will then show me how much is owed to them for that sale. Because they are paid by the week, the total must continue to accumulate over the week showing balance due.

The salesforce is also paid residuals on an annual basis so their commissions will also be calculated for residuals.

Here is an example

Salesperson A has a 35% commission. She made a sale for $100. Her commission is $35 at the end of the week. 1 year from now she will receive a 15% residual payment for the exact same sale if the client signs up again. In one year, that same sale will add $15 automatically to her salary due.

Salesperson B has a 35% commission. She made 8 sales for the week at $100 each. Her commission is $280 at the end of the week. 1 year from now she will receive a 15% residual payment for the exact same sale if the client signs up again. In one year, that same sale will add $120 automatically to her salary due.
