Create 1 Screen with Android and send info to a Web Service

We require an experienced Android Native Developer, to create this screen with 3 tabs (we are not requiring to create more screens at this time, only this one with specifically 3 tabs) and also the Navigation Drawer.
BUDGET= $100.00, if you bid more tan $100, your bid will be dismissed, if you are an experienced native Android developer this should take you a few hours of work, there is nothing complicated with the task.
There are 8 more screens, this is one of the large ones, the selected developer will be hired for every screen as a separate milestone with a separate Budget. We are paying for a developer to create this screen only at this time.
I'll be more than glad to hire the best developer for ongoing work that we need to complete.
The specifications for the fields on the 3 tabs are:
Tab 1:
• PUBLIC KEY (text)
• KEY SECRET (text)
• BUSINESS NAME (text)
• BUSINESS CODE (text)
• MODE (SELECT, TO PICK SANDBOX OR LIVE)
Tab 2:
• ID1 (text)
• ID2 (text)
• ENCRYPT VALUES (text)
Tab 3:
• Name (text)
• Last Name (text)
• Username (text)
• ROLE (SELECT WITH “ADMIN” AS VALUE)
• PASSWORD (password)
• CONFIRM PASSWORD (password)
Once the screen has been finished, take all the info and send it to a Web Service, the Web Service has been created in PHP using non-WSDL meethod, we have a file in between to receive the information with JSON and send it to the Web Service, and this returns the information needed with JSON.
