Create simple and clean Drupal theme from my design + 2 features - open to bidding

Hello, I have made a theme for Drupal in Photoshop, but I don't have the skills to code it. The design itself is very plain and simple. Upload the logo, change colors, fonts and font sizes. I already made a Zen subtheme called 'Eerlijk Eten'. You would have to use that particular subtheme (requirement). The design includes a drop down menu. Besides the very plain and simple design I would like to use an image slider for on of my pages (page name: Eerlijk Eten foto's). I have already made a Content type / View / placed some photos, but I don't know how to integrate a nice slider like for example 'Flexslider'. And it would be nice if you could enable clean URLs. It gives me an error and I looked up a solution, but it's too complicated for me. If you agree to take the job, I will give you a document with access to my website's ftp server / Drupal login, etc.
