Create a Wordpress Multisite Website

Hi guys, I want to build an insurance website. What I want is multisite WordPress set up. I need the main website plus 10 landing pages template with the ability to build more just by copying and tweaking it a little. I need a drag and drop type of WordPress theme I have purchased one hopefully we can use that one or I’m open to suggestion. The theme is Avada | Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme by Theme forest. The website must be secured in order to collect personal information in the lead form. (PLEASE SHOW PROOF OF WORK OR EXPERIENCE IN WORDPRESS MULTISITES. THANKS)
All I need are the template set up with the graphics, seo ready, slider in place, pic and video in place, menu bars, call to action form social media ready. Basically all I need to do is fill in the blanks like the word content and the seo key word. I have a general knowledge of WordPress on how to build pages link them and a few extras. The website must be responsive to any plat form that is why I chose avada but like I said I’m open to suggestion because avada is only limited to 1 website per license I need a theme that Is open. I also have the genesis frame work and Ultimatum Core so if you can build template in one of this system and export them it would be great.
Were I’m having problem is at the graphic design or the setup of the template in order for the page to look good. For example Color scheme, getting the slider to function right, I don’t have images that I can use for my site and don’t know where to get them that are not expensive. I don’t know HTML code that is why I purchase some of those frame work but forget about it is not as simple as they advertise it. I need help.
The website I want to be able to duplicate it for my agent or within the main site build a mini agent site that can be duplicated for every agent and just assigned a sub-domain change their picture, and some minor tweaks.
I currently have a goddady hosting package so that is where it will be install. So here is what I want but without the monthly fee, check out insurance splash dot com they have what I want to do but without the extra fee. I want to pay once and that’s it. If you look at the demo site one of the pages that called my attention is the product page I want something similar but I want to build a complete landing page for each one with sub domains. In total there are 32 niche landing pages that I would like to build. I’m willing to pay $10 dollars per landing page extra that you build me.
For the landing pages check out, buy landing page design dot com I like those types of templates and that is what I want exactly when it comes to quality landing pages. I contacted them by they don’t work with WordPress. So need someone to make me something similar. If you look through their inventory they have different designed approximately 6 templates designed just change the graphics.
In order to manage the WordPress sites I was thinking of using something like wp empire builder 3.0 plug in. I’m open to sugestion if this will work or not before I buy it of if you guys can offer me something better I’ll take it.

I also have extra work beside this site. I need logo design, business card in short word I need a branding package for my insurance business. Let me know if you can handle everything. I want to build a website that make me money through the sale of insurance so if you can build a successful website I'm willing to hire for extra work.
