The Wordpress website is currently under a shared server hosting plan (Accuweb Wordpress Enterprise Plan). Recent Test Analysis indicates site is in need of optimization due to slow load time (15 sec) and lost visitors (32% loss). There are 4 elements recommended from the tests: 1. Compress Images (Optimize) 2. Eliminate Render-Blocking Javascript and CSS 3. Minify Resources (HTML, CSS and Javascript) 4. Reduce Server Response Time - We are committed to upgrade the Hosting Plan to Linux VPS once the above 1-3 are completed. Submit Bids to accomplish as much as feasible of items 1 thru 3 above in 3 working days.

hello yes, the three main tasks need to be done in order to reduce the loading time. Once a caching system is installed/configured, the server response time will also automatically come down. The images will be optimized externally and then reuploaded again. CSS and JS will be minified After the completion of above two tasks, they can also be relocated to a CDN to further improve the performance of the website. The removal of render blocking cannot be done 100% as some times themes need the libraries to be loaded first before the rendering of the page.
