Cron Job for importing data to mysql

We need sample json and xml and also the database structure of the database to which it will be imported. Above details will enable me to assess scope of work precisely. I will create cron job php script to execute every few minutes to read json or xml and import the data into mysql database. I will complete this work in a day.
