I'm in the process of putting together a site in Drupal 7 for my client. I need a freelancer who is strong in PHP and that can write a custom module that leverages the Plivo Cloud Framework. If you could hook into using Rules that would be great. The client wants an audio message to be delivered to the user's provided phone when a new user with the role of 'customer' is created in the system. I thought of Rules immediately. If you have a more efficient way of creating this action, I'm open to suggestions. I currently have a sandbox on my local machine, you can re-create the environment. The dependencies for this project VOIP Call VOIP Drupal Core VoIP Plivo Cloud VoIP Plivo Framework VOIP SCRIPT UI I also had to use Composer Manager locally to get pear/http_request2 which is required when you enable VOIP PLIVO CLOUD
