Develop a APK Builder like appmysite or gonative.io or AIDE -- 2

We need a system, where an endpoint can generate a signed apk with an embedded webview in it, here the webview url being dynamic. Example: We hit the api, [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] It responds with an apk, which has webview of [login to view URL] . Each hit, should generate apk with different package id or custom package name. **OPTIONAL** Also, possible if we can generate apk directly from an android app natively without using api or external server usage. Like AIDE on google playstore that can build apk natively. [Will reward extra 50% of the base if this method is implemented] **END OF OPTIONAL** Constraints: 1. Should be fast to generate and build 2. Takes less memory to run 3. Preferred stacks: NodeJs, Android, Kotlin, PHP Basically we are trying something like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We just need an api or android code , not any sort of frontend/admin panel/web ui.
