Develop web-based application for geotagging stray animals and maintain their health and medical records

1. Stray animal capture location must be geo-tagged with a unique ID, photograph and description in a web-form
2. After capturing, animals are brought to the shelter for health check-up.
Web form will be marked by the veterinary doctor for possible medical procedures with the dates for surgery and release
3. After due medical procedures, release date is scheduled in the specific web form.
4. All the animals, ready for release are sent to their respective locations.
5. The released animals are scheduled for dropping in the same location where they were captured.
The webform must validate the captured location and drop location.
5. The released animal is finally photographed in the released location with geotagging.
6. The web-forms are updated in the server on real-time basis
7. Additionally there will be databases for sheltered animals, working staff and doctors
8. The web forms must be capable of viewing and editing on web browser, android and iOS
9. Web forms and the application to have unique hierarchy of access credentials
10. The application to have role-based access control system
