Development of Telecaller Android Application with Backend [URGENT]

Hello I am urgently looking for a genuine freelancer who has good experience in developing android app as well as knows PHP/MySQL well, I am looking to hire him/her for the Development of a Basic Telecaller logging application using which the telecallers will be able to provide feedback about the caller & check caller history over call. All their inputs (eg: Hot Lead) will be logged & synced to an Online Database which can be viewed by the Admin or Manager. Apart from syncing the Telecaller input, the application will also Sync the Call Log as well as the call recording.
I am also attaching a rough documentation highlighting the entire project.
