Domino 12: disable message disclaimer at conversations

Job Description:
I am looking for someone to help me with a project involving my Domino 12 system. I need to make a server-wide change to disable the message disclaimer that appears on conversation mail templates. Modify Domino 12 (lotus script) the serverside mail sending routine and add a if-then rule. Purpose "disable message disclaimer at conversations". Create Checkbox in serverside message disclaimer template "NO Disclaimer on conversations" yes/no".
If Checkbox is checked, and the "Subject/body of Mail" matches then do not add serverside message disclaimer in answers and further conversations. Reason the mail conversation is getting unneccesary long and complicated to read. (sometimes the conversation has to be printed and it wastes paper and time)
