dynamic website, very appealing

This is an urgent project. I am not very well-versed with computers, so I'd like someone who can take me through every step and try to understand exactly what I want.
I have an air charter business. I need a website that is very straightforward to navigate, simple to use and find information at, and appealing to the eye.
I want certain aspects of the website to be controlled through a back-end administration panel, so that I can change the content as frequently as I want.
- air planes information
- packages information
I also want an enquiries form, where potential customers can post their request.
I ALSO want my suppliers and clients to have a login area where they can store their contact information. This will help me in getting in touch with them later on. Also, each supplier may have more than one contact information, for example `company xyz` may have robert, sarah and joe working for it. So I would like each of these contacts to come under `company xyz`.
I want the administration panel to help me manage airplanes, enquiries, customers, suppliers, and also have a search function.
