Easy PHP for Experienced Programmer - Need ASAP - Web API - Read

Please read and understand before you bid. Generic bids will be ignored. I need a simple PHP script that integrates with the TTLock (open) API and does the following:
1 - Get a Token ([login to view URL])
1a - Gets the List of Locks ([login to view URL])
1b - Displays a list of locks on Webpage
2 - Allows user to select the locks and add a (same) password to all selected locks via Gateway (addType=2) ([login to view URL]).
This is IT in phase 1. I will add phase 2 if we work well together. I already have the Client and Oauth keys and will provide them when you are ready to start. This should take a skilled PHP programmer less than 2 hours even with no TTLock experience. IN you bid make it clear you have an understanding and can complete asap. Demo examples welcome.
