I want an website hosted on our server, where I upload manually a .csv file, and this should be save the input on a database. When a particular cell/row already excist, it should override that row. The data that is uploaded, a particular column should be fetched from an open API and that data should be added to an extra column. This data should be available for third party apps, like Sendgrid etc.
