ebay ipn / ebay feedback auto post

paypal ipn Very basic interface: when program gets ipn from paypal check a file or mysql to see that the item sold is in the file. if it is send email to person and the data form the data flie for item. baisicly the data file item # and email text. that is all i need for now.

ebay feedback auto post:

it needs to login into my ebay account and check to see if there is feedback left. If there is then return feedback to the person , the feedback form on data file / mysql need to be able to read data file random or top to bottom to pick the text to auto respond with feedback for the other person.

I have lots of work for the person once we have the basic start of the program down. Lots small piece of code at a time . I would like to stay with only one program until the code is done.
