Ok you need a stand alone PHP code to get the XML datas into database which should be running in the background if you need this done on a recurring purpose. Then on laravel code you just get the output from it. This is one way. Next way is change the code in laravel to get the data from XML and map it according to conditions and then check it afterwards.
