Embedding an additional donation page in our website

Our charity (FOTCF) already has a donation button created for our own charity & it's working fine. However, another organisation (Natyadarpan) who regularly make donations to us wish to have a dedicated donation link on our website, with their name on the link/button, so that if any of their well wishers wish to donation on behalf of Natyadarpan, they can jump on this page and donate. The donation money will come to FOTCF only.

As a live example for you to understand what we are trying to achieve - Natyadarpan already has a similar page on another charity website (Salvation Army), please check following link:

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me embed this additional donation page. I have access to the code of my website. We would prefer a link to the external page so that this new page doesn't mess-up with our website working. We might keep this page active for few months or year depending on Natyadarpan's decision and then remove it.

DISCLAIMER: We are not 100% sure if the word we have used above- EMBED, is the correct terminology for this assignment or not, if wrong, please ignore this word. We hope you have understood what we are trying to achieve.
