We require Implementing ERPNext for a water utility company - requiring Customer Support (CRM/Support), Accounting, Fixed Asset Management, Field Service & Project Management, HR/Payroll, Procurement etc with relevant customization to workflows and forms. Would you be willing to take this on?
We have 5 teams:
1. Customer Service Team (3 employees); they receive all queries with regard to new water connections, faults, complaints, project needs, billing etc So they issue jobs to our field yeams, rasie invoices etc so pretty much selling workflows
2. We have our filed team (12 employees); they attend to all water connnections, faults and project builds. I want the jobs dispatched from customer service and maanagement to be directed staright to this team and they received and schedule employees via mobile app, attend to the job and report on completion or if pending
3. We have a water treatment and laboratory team (10 employees); they test our water and treat - they ae a field tema as well, so need to dipatch to them jobs as they come avaialble
4. Store Manager (1 employee); All teams make purchase requisition and material needs to store person, so I need this person to have necesary purchase workflows
5. Finance and Admi (4 employyes); this includes the CFO, HR and admin - they do all the back office and reporting
