Facebook Payout Issue -- 2

I have earnings on my two facebook pages via Stars/Subscription - which is very minimal and In Stream Ads, which is substantial. On the EARNINGS PAGE of FACEBOOK, they only reflect my Stars/Subscription revenue and not the In Stream Ads revenue. I've raised the issue but FACEBOOK says I'm not the financial admin for them to pass these information to me. Now, I'm the creator of the page and wherever its written ADMIN, my name is added. They showed some instruction to add financial admin but even there I'm the admin.

Now the issue is, neither FACEBOOK is reflecting the true earnings on the earnings page, nor FACEBOOK is passing any information to me, nor am I being since we started.

I need help here.
