We have a web app that handles our day to day business. Our application handles all of the incoming calls for our business using Twilio API. The application is also a ticket tracking/helpdesk with invoicing capabilities. We have enhancements that need to be made to the site. One major one at the top of the list is to change how the dashboard displays ticket information. Currently, it shows each ticket as a card, and we can go into each card and edit the information. What I would like to add is the ability to see all of the tickets in a spreadsheet format. One that would allow us to edit multiple entries at once, and have different filters/views. A little research found that [login to view URL] may be a good fit for this.
We would also like to create a mobile application for the program.
We'll need ongoing support and smaller fix/improvements later on.
