I need help finishing my site rebuild. It is my understanding that the site is being custom rebuilt from scratch with responsive modular PHP, html, CSS, and MySQL, on a Laravel 5 framework. The front end is mostly completed, but the backend is way behind schedule, and I need help to finish the work. I am open to someone taking over the project, or just someone who can help where needed. Not sure if I need more than one person or not, but there are a lot of parts to this project and a lot of areas where improvements and expertise are needed, so hopefully someone with proven skills in multiple areas will be interested. I hope to find someone experienced who can analyze the current code and determine what still needs doing to bring about a successful outcome. I will also need someone who can help manage, maintain and improve the site when it is finished, because the back end guy will not be available for the long term. The current site is getting about 55,000 monthly visitors, but is very old, not very mobile-friendly nor responsive, and full of coding flaws, which is why we are rebuilding it. There are several major new features and processes that need to be part of the new site that have not yet been done, so I'm looking for someone who can make sure the main site functions get completed properly, and can then work on completing various sections that will work together with the rest of the site. Note also, that even though I need someone with expertise and experience, I am just one person, not a corporation, and my site is completely free so at this point in time does provide any income. Therefore I do not have deep pockets and cannot afford to pay a lot per hour, nor a huge total project amount. Also, I've already spent most of what I had, but those I hired have been unable to get it done, so I need someone affordable who can succeed where others have failed.
