Fix/create specific shipping settings for WooCommerce website -- 2

Job Description:
I need someone to create shipping settings in my WooCommerce store for the following scenarios:
1- I have a specific group of Dead Sea products ("free100" Shipping class) that will receive free shipping if the total of these items in the cart is 100$ or more.
2- I have another group of products that will receive free shipping regardless of number or value in cart ("free" shipping class).
3- All other products will be weight based shipping (live rates from DHL Express)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1- My DHL account base currency is JOD and the values that it returns to the cart are shown as same number but in US$. (default currency of store) without conversion. (1 JOD = approx $1.4 so I loose money if the value is not converted to US$ in the cart) so that needs to be converted and fixed. You need to make sure that my integration with live DHL Express is working perfectly and suggest a plugin that can print shipping labels for me.
2- I generated a sample code for calculating process in ChatGPT. You cannot use it exactly (did not work with me) but you can look at the logic of the calculation process and write the code yorself. Code must be placed in a clean manner that will not be affected when I upgrade or change themes. I have CodeSnippets plugin if that helps. Sample code in the attached brief.
3- Finally, when shipping is fixed, help me in cloning of website back into original domain (current testing website is [login to view URL], after shipping issues are resolved, I will need help in cloning website on same server under the original domain [login to view URL])
