Fix some bugs on property search results page

I am running real estate website based on Wordpress. I have a custom written search results page with 3 view options: map view, grid view and list view.
The problem is: when user is searching for a location in grid / list view then there are no results (even though when you change view for map view there are many results).
It used to be working, but i may change something in a code and now it's not working.
