Fixing database error

We have a website with a forum. Unfortunately we did not put up a captcha. The database was so flooded with spam entries, that we are now no longer able to login to the back end to delete them. We need someone to be able to delete the database from CPanel, preserving the admin account, and make the relevant changes in the back end so the problem doesn't repeat.
The databases are also returning a corrupt error but changes to the wp-config file won't allow automatic repair.
