Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive Freelance E-commerce Manager to help manage, grow, and optimize our B2B webshop
The businees is a Danish-based wholesale business serving the hospitality and foodservice sector with machinery and accessories. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the webshop operations, improve performance, and help us scale locally
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the Woocommerce-based webshop
Improve UX, SEO, and site performance
Update product listings, descriptions, and images
Create and manage email marketing flows (abandoned cart, newsletters, etc.)
Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements
Suggest and implement growth strategies for B2B sales
Coordinate with suppliers and assist with basic product data management
Requirements:
Proven experience with e-commerce management, preferably on Woocommerce
Strong knowledge of B2B sales and wholesale operations
Experience with SEO, CRO, and e-commerce analytics
Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic graphic tools (e.g. Canva)
Familiar with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)
Independent, reliable, and self-driven
Excellent written and spoken English and Danish (Danish is required, since the B2B shop operates only on the danish market, and in danish languange)
Bonus Skills:
Experience in the commercial kitchens, foodservice or hospitality industry
Knowledge of Danish or Scandinavian markets
Automation experience (Zapier, Shopify Flow, WP all import etc.)
