Freepbx 13, Asterisk 11 platform. I need an alerting application for FreePBX 13 running on Asterisk 11. Need alerts via email in real time for any threshold of metrics met like: Ring duration over X, Call on hold longer than X, (I have this one, it was custom created but broken and I can not fix), Average wait time over X, Service Level under X %, Call abandoned by X. Even an hourly update would be nice, as in: last hour your service level was X, current hour now X. Need to have different thresholds for each queue. Multiple and different email recipients for each alert All calls come in via queues. Would like it to be in module format if possible so I can move in future if need be. Very good possibility of follow up additional work. Always needing a developer....

hi i can do freepbx module to do metric described(realtime or in interval on your choice) please note, it will require running deamon. can be some minor issues on some calls transfer(such transfers are unlikly in queues). i have 15+years experience, working all that time with asterisk.
