from csv file to mysql

The data must be copied from a csv file, that change every some hours, to one already existing mysql table.
In the mysql table many columns are miss, so it's shoul be recreated them.
Many people have put his hands on so now it's a hell.
Anyway I need a script that do that every 2 hours.
