We would like to update our current website to include a booking/reservation system for multiple rooms across our property. In addition, we would like to add a separate page to include weddings. This page would be to state our offerings(products) and a contact formula where they can inquire about dates, prices, etc. In addition, our final addition would be a 3rd page for conferences and training for ones to register. For conferences and training it would be one inclusive price that would include meals and overnight stays. This page should be customizable for the various conferences and events during the year. Back of the house we would like to be able to see number of guests registered, what they signed up for, etc. It would be good if the registration tab would be customizable to the extent of them being able to say or pick things such as: will they need transportation, food allergies, do they want all meals, do they want to camp, etc. I don't know if it would be better to just have a separate link to a place where you make forms or to just make one through the website.
