I have an urgent requirement where I need to import multiple choice questions from Microsoft Word (2007, 2010 or 2013) to MYSQL database. The website is built in PHP and back-end database is MYSQL.

Problem/Challenge: I have all the questions in MS Word format. Currently there are 2 options available to upload these questions from MS Word to MYSQL – 1) Upload one question at a time via an html form. Have to manually copy paste the question, all the answers and any images in the question. Takes 1-2 minutes per question 2) Upload via a CSV file by populating all the fields but we have to convert all the MS Word files into CSV files first and all the MS Word files have multiple images as well Types of Questions: There are variety of questions and all have 4 options (A, B, C and D). Below are some of the question types and there may be more types. The solution should be fit to read anything from MS Word. 1) Fill in the Blanks 2) Match the Column 3) Single picture in question (normal picture, graphs, flow chart, Venn diagram etc) 4) Multiple pictures in question 5) Multiple pictures in answers, 1 in each option 6) Multiple lines/sentences in question Solution Required: I am looking for an easy option to do bulk upload in 100 to 500 questions at once from Microsoft Word to MYSQL database tables. Need someone to develop an application or code which can be linked with my website (built in PHP) to connect with MYSQL and take input from MS Word to insert the questions into the database. If there is any other solution to achieve this goal, please feel free to provide the solution.
