Help finish our project!

We are trying to create a gambling website for a Steam game called Counter Strike: Global Offensive. We are not looking for something cheap or stolen, we have gone through 4 devs trying to get this done. If this peaks your interest you need to know all about steam API, how the bots work, etc. We will explain how we want the gambling side to go down. Check out [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] to see sort of what we're looking for. It's the same idea with a completely different looking website and newer more advanced features. What we are looking for includes: A fully integrated chat system, the user's will have their steam image shown along side their username, this has to be taken from the steam API. We need to have the backend data thats stored in the database to be pushed to the front end displaying what users have placed a bet with. This is PHP formatted frontend. Also an admin panel, this will need to have a live feed of the chat and have commands or buttons available to ban players for not following our ruleset, this admin panel will only be accessed by users with specific steam ID's, we are using steam for this project and require a decent background on it. We need a profile system using steam, we have to allow the users to set a biography and have user history on what they have won or lost, if you are interested in this project then we can provide a frontend example, this would give you an example of what we're working with/looking for. Finally we need help installing and finalizing our project on our vps, which happens to be a windows vps. We are looking for higher skilled developers who can work fast and proficiently, we are not interested in what websites you've completed, this is nothing like those, if your proposal has anything to do with previous websites you've made, you will NOT be selected, we honestly don't care.
