Help Needed to submit a Facebook application for publish_action rights Review

Hello I have website which require publish _action enabled facebook application to post on users wall . Facebook ask to submit for review to get Publish_action rights. Although I know most of steps still I am not able to submit . I think reason is I am doing this for first time . so I need help from someone who already did this. Please note : I don’t require any coding or script . I just need some help to submit app for review . this is 10 min work anyone who already did this . I will pay $15-$20 as it is very easy job . I will create milestone but I will release payment once facebook either approve or reject our submission. Regards Tubemaker
