We are an IT Services company, we do ON site and Remote Support. Sales of hardware and Software.
I need a CRM system where I can do the following:
i. Add new customer: Contact info, Address with KM, Account status
ii. Log tickets for customers: When a ticket is logged - An Email receipt to be automatically sent to the customer
ii. Assign ticket to Technician: Details of ticket/Call to be Emailed to Tech and a copy sent to customer
v. Engineer to be able to update ticket (add time spent on the job, mileage travelled )
Option to place call on hold/pending, close
iv. Option to view all Active tickets, Closed, on hold
