I'm seeking a professional website and mobile application developer to create a platform for Homestay hosts, prospective guests and owners of properties for rent. Key Features: - Monthly subscription model for users, allowing access to respond to inquiries only if they're subscribed. - Creation of host-specific profiles with detailed information about the property, the host's biography and the booking availability. - An intuitive, user-friendly interface for both hosts and the eventual guest user. - Implementation of a review system for hosts and guests to rate their experience. - Integration with a secure payment gateway for subscription fees and bookings. - Advanced search filters to help guests find properties that match their criteria. - Capacity for hosts to upload and manage a photo gallery of their property. Ability for home owners to advertise either their entire property or a room for rent within their home they live. Also required to have a homepage that has a carousel of featured listings. Ideal Skills: - Expertise in web and mobile app development - Experience with subscription-based platforms - Understanding of user profile creation and management - UI/UX design skills to create an intuitive interface Ensure the app is supported on iOS platforms. Ensure the app is supported on both iOS and Android platforms. Set up email notifications for hosts and guests to communicate outside of the app. The platform will support a single language but have the ability to add multiple languages.
